Droga5 - Bring A Book To Life
This ad for Droga5 and Amazon books was all about genres. 6 Illustrators: Luis Mazon, Wei Wu, Sam Lyon, Chrome & Lightning, Jake Cormack, and Jordan Speer – each working with a different genre and different briefs, to create six unique posters. These animations were built around a live action section, to capture the sense of immersion you can feel when reading.
My animation was all about the Horror genre, and we decided to turn the nice leafy park into a dank oubliette/dungeon/prison/Frankenstein scene.
